Notes

Treadmill run to make up for missed long run yesterday (followed by lifting). Had heartburn throughout the run. Should wait a bit longer between dinner and running. Maybe try to get out of work a bit early on days when I need to run OR not lift after long run days.

Started at 5.6 mph this time. Should have started at 5.5 mph.
