House work all day. Ran on the treadmill in the evening. Finally figured out how to make it work for me. Used one of the treadmills with a fan so I wouldn't overheat and slowly increased my speed over time (0.1 mph every 2 minutes). Once I felt like an additional increase might put me beyond an easy pace, I held until the last 5 min or so.
I felt like I could have done the 5 mile run today, but would rather do my long runs outside when possible. Doing a long run inside no longer feels like it would be a slow death.
