Notes
The first two miles were pretty rough, but I then found my rhythm. I was planning on running 35 min or so, but at the last minute decided to push for 4 miles.
A big storm is supposed to come through tomorrow through Monday. Since I probably won't get to run on Monday, I may try to run tomorrow before the storm. The last back-to-back run felt good - as if the first run helped me warm up for the second.
