I wanted to see what it was like to run in feels like negative weather and it really wasn't that bad. I was initially pretty cold, but I warmed up nicely after a couple miles. I started out with a hoorag covering my nose and mouth and it froze once I put it down around my neck.
I felt really good throughout the run and could have probably run longer, but 1) I set myself up for 3-4 miles because I wasn't sure if I could handle the cold and 2) it's probably best to finish every run feeling like you could have done more.
