My goal was to start out easy - maybe I went a bit too far with it. Overall, the run was super easy and I felt like I could run at that effort level for hours, which is the point, I guess. I think I will try to incorporate some moderate efforts once a week. I'm thinking that I will go easy on the way out and moderate on the way back. I will need to make sure to get in the extra mileage in the cul-de-sacs on the way out so it's a straight shot home.

I'm thinking, 2.13 miles for the easy "out," 1.18 miles for the moderate "back" and then jog the last quarter mile as a cool down (total around 3.5). I can add another 0.2 miles by going up Trail Run Road. If I go down Graham and turn at Annandale (and do Trail Run Road), that would bring my "out" to 2.28 and my back to 1.56 for a total just over 4 miles.

Maybe I will start doing this on Wednesdays, or the second run of the week.
