Notes
Helluva day. Had to be at work at 4:30am, so no swimming today. That and other crap going on has me out of sorts. Was planning on hitting the gym at lunchtime, but really needed to get outside, so I went to Indian Island to run even though it wasn't supposed to be a running day. It was rainy, windy and cold, and all I had was shorts and a tshirt, but I didn't care. Yes I froze. Afterwards I went and got a bucket of chicken wings and a sweet potato pie and pigged out. Downed it all with a quart of milk. It was muchly needed.
