Notes
The weather turned out great. Ran in shorts and a singlet. I was pretty wiped out on the run after timing the race this AM. Left leg was really dragging today. Did 3x strides at the end.
Little 8 year old Hannah was at the race today. It was amazing to see her get through 3.1 miles despite all her problems. I thought about her on my run today, and drew inspiration and strength from her. She is an amazing child.
