Ran at lunchtime at work. Sunny, crisp, clear. Nice run. Was plenty comfortable in just a long sleeve top and vest, and tights on the bottom. Light gloves and a running cap. Feeling pretty comfortable at this pace. I'm antsy to pick it up, but will refrain from doing so. 6 weeks till Disney, gotta work on just getting miles in and building up the endurance.
