Ran to work. Sunny, windy, cold. Long sleeve tech shirt and Brooks jacket, lightweight glove, ear warmers that I took off.
Pace felt pretty easy. From 10 miles on though, I started running out of steam. It was good to be done. Right now running Goofy in 6 weeks seems pretty daunting...
