Notes
Just couldn't get it going this morning. I wanted to throw some faster miles in the middle, but it wasn't happening. Tired legs, plus I threw up again several times, pretty violently. At times I couldn't breathe. Throat was sore and I couldn't talk afterwards because of that. Nice morning though, cold and calm, a bit foggy which coated everything with a frosty white coating, which was lit up and glistened nicely by the mostly full moon.
