Mizuno Wave Alchemy 7 (12-01-07)
Ran with John from work for the first 4 miles up at Reeve's Beach. Hilly! Then I ran back to work from there on my own. It feels like I'm coming down with something, and thought I'd really feel crappy for this run, but it ended up ok.
