After work, short workout at the rec. Much better than this morning's workout on cold legs.

Next day, Thursday, woke up with severe PVCs, continued on and off all day, pulse ranged as low as 29 and spent a lot of time in the low 30's (skipping every other beat). Also had breathing issues all day to go along with it. So no running.

Nov. 5th, first snow fall of the season.
