Rainy morning, so ran on the indoor track. Plan was to do 5K tempo if it felt OK. Realized after 5 laps I am still a bit stressed from last Saturday's 10K race, so stopped after 2400m. Ran 4x200m very slow before this, and 4x200m at a moderate effort afterwards. Last one was close to full effort, but legs were not 100%. Decent workout.
