Pullman Loop, easy pace, only had toast and 3x tea+milk&sugar before running, weight is down a bit after Saturday long run so probably a bit carb depleted. A bit tired and sore, left knee is tender on the inside on downhills from the long run, so need to be careful with it for a few days. This is spring break week at WSU, and Rachel is gone for the week to North Dakota.
