Incredibly warm weather for December. Seattle hit 68 degrees today! We were 54 best I saw, official temp says 56, previous record was 53. Plus it was high 40s for the overnight low. Amazing!
Walk-jogged on the Chipman trail, 4 miles solo then 2.5 with Mike, Tammy and John. Beer afterwards at Birch & Barley.
Pete M wants me to call him sometime to go for a run.
I should start doing more walk-jog stuff, just to stay active and to get more time on my feet and moving. Maybe create a new activity for it, rather than call it "running"?
Headed to Spokane tomorrow AM (Friday) for initial meeting with new oncologist.
