Idk, this kinda fucking sucked. My two mile intervals were definitely a little rolling (the first one actually involved a semi-decent hill), but I still should have been faster. I felt pretty heavy through those, so I figured I'd just match what I did last time for this workout (2x2mile and 1x1mile) but I decided to throw in a quick 800 at the end to get some quick turnover. In hindsight, I should have just done one more fucking mile. I need to get it together. I definitely need better rest these next few nights. I'm just glad to have at least mostly hit these intervals in the ranges I wanted
