Eh, this wasn't exactly great by the end. The heat and humidity were really bad, and that wore on me pretty quickly just a few intervals in. The goal was to start out a little quicker than target marathon pace and work down to between half marathon and 10k pace, keeping the first 3 hilly and the last two reasonably flat to rolling. I followed that plan well, but I felt like ass cheeks by the last two intervals. At least I kept them consistent. The weather really played a big part in how I felt, I think.
