Pretty solid, but I forgot my GPS watch and I'm not 100 percent sure what my splits were. I know I started a little too fast (probably like between 5:25-30), so that was fucking stupid, but otherwise I was able to keep things seemingly consistent in the low to mid-5:30s. I felt pretty strong, though it was comfortably hard and my lungs hurt by the end. It was pitch black at the park by the end, so I don't think I'll be doing another after-work workout over here until daylight savings time starts.
