Solid! I did most of the workout on the Conestoga-Greenway Trail, but I started out in the park and worked my way over on the first interval. I felt fluid on almost all the intervals, despite the crazy wind (the trail mostly blocked all the insane gusts, thank god). I was pretty toast on the last 1000, but I got as much turnover going as I could. I am pretty happy with how I have been feeling -- hopefully it translates to a good half!
