The bear still sucks! Totally broke my pace, but I never stopped and got over it. The rest of my miles were consistently right around 6:50-6:54 for the most part. Going to try to start working in that hill on a loop once a week; it may slow me down a little, but I know it will make me stronger. It was not nearly as cold as yesterday. I think I need to catch up on my sleep a little more yet.
