This wasn't a great workout in terms of how I felt. I felt tired and lethargic and my stomach was giving me issues in the last two miles. My warm-up was slow as balls for some reason and my cool-down wasn't much better. I think it was a combination of me being dehydrated and a little behind in my sleep. Took a gu with water about 15 min before I warmed up to get something in my stomach, but I don't think it would have mattered today either way. I did have decent wind in my face for basically three straight miles of it to start, so that impacted things too. But the one redeeming factor about this workout is that it was pretty consistent; three miles were all at 5:46. I wanted to be a little quicker on average but I guess I will take it, all things considered. I'm just not happy at all about how I felt.
