I'm still not a mid-distance runner, but hey a 5 second PR is a 5 second PR. This is the equivalent of like a 4:29 mile, so I will take it considering I was treating this like a workout. Solid way to close out my regular season track career at KU. Things are working perfectly. Now to get in another good week of training and then start preparing for this 10k!
