Notes
It was great to run in Kutztown again, though the reason was shitty. I ran with CJ, Steve, Brian, Watson, and Jack. Cj, Steve, and Brian dropped the hammer after mile 5 and I stayed back at like 6:45-7flat pace with Watson and Jack. The run went by really fast and the weather wasn't too bad compared to the last few days. Still a little humid though. Can't complain I guess.
