Solid workout! I wanted to be a tad more consistent, but I mostly hit right around the range I was shooting for (5:30-35). The last mile hurt pretty bad, but I powered through it -- I think that split was the slowest because it was on the stretch of Dum that scrambles my watch, plus it was an uphill. Either way, good workout on paper. I will take it. The first 2-3 miles felt pretty effortless.
Did a slightly longer cool down to get 10 miles on the day.
