Solid af! I felt way stronger than the last time I did this workout, and I even have a little less training under my belt! Like before, however, the last on-cycle was definitely a killer, but I never felt incapable and held a nice, strong pace. I'm really confident in my fitness right now. The weather was beautiful as well.
Workout went:
- 2-mile warm-up
- 2x5min at threshold pace to a little quicker (1min rest between)
- 50 min at brisk recovery pace
- 2x5min at threshold pace to a little quicker (1min rest between)
- 2-mile cool-down
