This ended up being a really nice long run/progression workout! I did not feel up to this going into it, and the first 8-9 miles were definitely pretty sluggish for the most part. However, once I got going on the marathon-paced miles, I seemed to wake up a bit. The half-paced progression over the last three was surprisingly solid, and that shocked me. I felt pretty strong, given I haven't done something of this nature in over two months.
