Just ran easy with Emily for a little over 2 miles. As expected, my legs fucking hurt a lot, but the run definitely helped loosen them up. The usual post-marathon stuff. Feeling great coming off a hard-fought race! Time for a much needed break, and then it's time to gear up for something quicker in the spring!
