Hey, with basically no speed work whatsoever, I will take this I guess. I actually thought I might be able to shoot up to 1st in the last two laps, but the lack of speedwork really hit me hard. I still felt that I closed pretty well. I know I definitely could have gone faster, but all things considered, this makes perfect sense.
