Notes

This was a solid workout! I went right into things off of a 2 mile warm up. The first 3 miles went by pretty smoothly, but I definitely started to feel it on the second interval. I hit a pretty steep hill during the 2 mile interval, so that impacted things a tiny bit. I wanted to go a little faster on the last mile, but I guess I realized afterwards that the split was still within my 10k pace range, which is what I wanted. This is a great workout, compliments of the Trama Center. I think I will try to do this one again at some point before I taper.
