This was the best showing I've ever had at Regionals to date, so I was happy about that. I ran an overall PR for the 10k (including on the track) and placed in the upper half of the race (just missing the top 50). I actually felt pretty good and had a nice, hard finish. Not thrilled about the team's place, but this wasn't a failed day. Decent way to end a good season.
