Solid recovery. I took yesterday off because my groin was giving me some issues after I cooled down from my last workout, so I eased into things today. It was a little tight at first, but ultimately it never seemed to be an issue. I went out to the sports fields area from the parking lot, did some loops there, backtracked, and did more loops until I hit 8. I felt really relaxed. Nice afternoon to run.
