Great workout! I felt really strong and actually had to keep myself under control at first once the hills started. The wind was bad, but luckily it was at my back going up the hill. I was focusing for a consistent effort on the up and downhills at a little quicker than target marathon pace, but I let myself get a little quicker in the second half.

I'm happy with this. I just hope I didn't overdo it, but things felt naturally difficult by the end.
