Notes

First real speed workout in a while, so I didn't have lofty expectations, but this wasn't too bad for the most part. I do think I could have gone a little quicker, but I can't complain when I just did a marathon training cycle and haven't done anything fast since early spring of last year. The intervals definitely felt tough near the end, but I felt capable. This will definitely improve in time. For now, solid stuff!
