Today was honestly really fucking frustrating. I felt solid through 2 miles (even despite the hill), but I started to feel physically exhausted in my arms and legs again right around 3 miles. From that point, each step felt like a struggle. I decided to cut things back a little more than planned. To go farther would have been counter productive. I definitely have a lot of lingering sleep deprivation, and I need to start getting that in order. This week has been tough on sleeping with the whole election bullshit, but I got around 8.5-9 hours last night, so with the exception of tomorrow night, every night from here on out is going to be like that one. I held a decent pace but it felt hard. It makes sense, I guess.
