I even double checked the distances to make sure this shit was correct! Wow, I am stoked about this workout (mainly because of the short rest). I felt shitty all day and didn't even know if I'd be able to finish this thing, so to come out and crush it was just awesome. I was going to do 6x1000, which would have been easily possible, but I wanted to swap in some fast fours in place of the last one and really take advantage of this. I have been liking these surprise fast intervals I've been throwing in; I think they are really helping my speed. This was awesome. To do this after the shitstorm that was yesterday and on roads was very satisfying. I am feeling strong. I felt so good that I'm calling this a perfect 10/10 day.
