Solid workout! The goal was to simulate getting faster on tired legs after a long opening interval, all while staying reasonably consistent. I think I accomplished that goal for the most part. The two-mile felt pretty comfortable until the last 800 or so. The other intervals got progressively tough, but I got through them. I was surprised how much speed I had left in the tank at the end, despite how I felt (I figured I would shoot for at least 3:15-20ish or just give whatever I had left without getting to nuts). Overall I am happy with the outcome of this workout. Long's Park is perfect for this type of stuff, and I will definitely be back for more workouts in the future.
