5x4min at target half pace to a little quicker (roughly 5:10-30 pace) w/ 3 min jogging rest
Definitely a tough workout, but I got through it! The first two on-cycles weren't all that bad, but I started to feel it a little more on each of the final three. That said, it looks like I was a little quicker for the actual workout portion than I had been the last time I did this, which is reassuring -- especially since I did the last one on a track and this one on the slightly rolling loop around F&M's Lacrosse Field (the track was being used by the F&M team). I'm confident in my fitness thus far.
* Went right into things off a 2-mile warm-up.
