Notes
I was unsure how this run was going to go when I first woke up, but I ended up feeling pretty good for the most part. I waited until I got back to Emily's to head out, and I'm really glad I took some time to hydrate, eat, and wake up a little bit. I just focused on what felt comfortable for the first 10-11 miles and then I slowly progressed down to a little faster than target marathon pace. I was pretty consistent with my paces and I never felt like I was working too hard until the last few miles, so that was definitely refreshing. This was a nice way to end an interesting week of training.
The run itself went through either side of the Willow Street Pike, Kendig Square, and Emily's Development. I just did a lot of aimless out and backs and loops. I stopped briefly at Kmart to use their bathroom.
