Notes

Kept things at 16 today (I plan to go back up to 17-18 in the next few weeks). I felt a little tired at times, but this was a solid run for the most part. The weather was a lot better than the last three days, so I was thrilled about that. I kept things at around 6:50-7:05ish and then got a little faster in the last few miles as it felt comfortable. No progressions this week. Hopefully this kind of weather sticks around through the alumni meet and beyond.
