This was a decent run. I eased into things with Emily for the first three miles and gradually worked down to the 6:50-7:10 range over the next mile or so. I was a little heavy and tired at times in the latter half of the run, but I came back strong and finished the last two miles in 6:44 and 6:34. No real progression this week aside from that. I figured it would be good to just get in the mileage today, seeing as I did a workout yesterday. I'm going to do workouts on Tuesday and Friday this coming week so I can get in one more solid long run progression next Sunday.
