Not a bad workout! I didn't feel great, but definitely not terrible. Originally, I was planning to do 1x2mile and 2xmile, but I decided it would be better to chunk the last mile up into some faster shit. I am happy with that decision. Timewise, this was pretty solid--especially for waking up at 5 a.m. to do it. This has been a decent week of training.
