Not that bad of a workout despite being really tired from the last few nights! I had to shit again on the last interval (idk what's up with me and that lately), so I had to stop for a second on the last off cycle to regain my composure. I hit all the paces I was shooting for. I hit the last on cycle in the low 4:50s! I averaged near tempo pace with off cycles, so I am pumped about that! I will take it. Only four more workouts to go at this point and my workouts have been strong lately. Let's close this out right.
