Killed this workout! I never felt too fatigued or like I was in distress; things just felt smooth and consistent. There was some chilly wind at first, but that calmed down sometime in the second mile. Overall I felt strong -- I even dropped pace a bit at the end, despite feeling a tiny bit sluggish in the third mile, and it felt perfectly natural. I really enjoyed getting to work out on this trail again!
