Notes
I didn't feel exactly great on this workout, just so-so, but the workout itself went really well! I kept myself under control a lot better through the first half and then dropped pace as it was mostly natural in the second half. I was just a tad fast in the last mile again, but I also finished the tempo on a steep-ish down hill. My arms and legs (mostly my arms) felt a little heavy for most of the time, so I kinda wish that hadn't been the case, but I will take the tempo for what it is!
I worked from home today, so I was able to do this earlier in the afternoon in lieu of really early before work.
