This wasn't a bad run pacewise--I eased into things and kept the rest really consistent and just sat on what felt comfortable. The problem was I never totally felt with it again. I felt kinda tired and heavy off and on. I think part of it was because I hadn't done a morning run since Sunday, but I definitely need to keep fixing msy sleep. I'm working on it.
