Pretty solid workout! This includes the fartlek itself and the two mile warm up. I fucked something up with the splits on my watch near the end, so that's why those last few splits are a little out of place. Overall, I felt really strong despite the mild humidity. The last few on cycles were definitely tough, and so were the initial ones through LSHS, but nothing ever felt too uncomfortable. Pretty stoked to be back on track with workouts a little!
