Notes
This wasn't a bad run, but I had some lingering stomach issues from like miles 6 to 16. It was mainly just some acidic burning, gas, and occasional nausea. I think it was just residual shit from the party I went to with Emily last night. I felt a little tired in the later miles, but it was mostly just typical long run stuff. I was just shooting to get in the mileage at a consistent pace, but I was able to drop down to closer to target marathon pace over the last three miles or so. This was a solid week of training.
