This whole week got fucked up by unforeseen shit, so my milage and workout plan are both in the toilet. That said, it was nice to bookend the week with a really solid long run w/progression. I felt pretty strong on the last few miles and really felt like I could crank things up in the final mile. I figured if I had to skip my hill workout, I would at least turn this into a tougher effort going into next week. I will get myself back on track from here on out.
