Notes

Unintentionally got off to a quick start over the first few miles because I was trying to get away from some biting flies on the xc course. I brought myself back under control eventually. The last mile and a half or so felt a little sluggish, but I think that's just because I haven't been able to go over 6 yet due to last weekend's whole situation. Lifting afterwards felt pretty good, though.
