Notes

Solid run for the most part. The weather was beautiful. I started out in the 7:10-7:30 range and worked down from there as it felt natural. I ended up closing the last two miles in 6:49 and 6:46 and I felt pretty strong doing so despite the hills. This ended up being a pretty good week of training.
